Do the Waggy Dance! …

I was going to do a story about all of the different people in Walmart, and how all of these people made America, “America”. Then I woke up this morning and two of my favorite writers have done stories about people at Walmart. You have to admit, there’s a lot of inspiration there.

Last year about this time I did a story about different people Dooley and I met hiking around Tallulah Gorge.

It’s easy to meet people when I’m with Dooley. He loves people, always wagging his tail, and straining on his leash to greet a friendly face. Kids especially love Dooley. His soft fur and happy face cause instant “Oooh’s” and “Awe’s”. “Is it okay to touch him?” I tell them “Yes, he loves everybody with a smile on their  face.” They smile really big as they reach out to him, Dooley wags and they both do a happy waggy dance, sometimes they clap their hands, and dance around him. It’s so beautiful watching kids and dogs do the waggy dance …Whether you’re hiking a mountain trail or in Walmart … Maybe we should be more like kids and dogs. Just do your waggy dance and smile!
